Producer  ACE Model, Ukraine
Packing Packed in heavy plastic bag within cardboard box with very nice box art of the vehicle.
Type of kit All injection-molded styrene plastic model kit in 1/72 scale.
Quality

Well engineered, and the scale and details appears to be accurate.  Many small parts.  Individual suspension arms.  Features and parts are very similar to ACE T-55 model kit.  Two of the six sprues of parts are the same as in the T-55 kits: wheels and tracks.  Five of the six sprues are the same as in ACE T-62 model kit.  Molded as separate sides bottom and top with some fit problem noted in the similar T-55 model.  White plastic is softer than that used by Revell and Hasegawa.  Some flash to trim off.  The wheels will need sanding to make them flat.  Some parts, such as light guard, is to be scratchbuilt by the modeler with wire.

Instruction sheet Several exploded view drawings showing assembly of the hull, suspension and turret.  An interesting drawing showing the sequence of loading the missile, though this cannot be modeled.
Decals None.  One vehicle in reference photos has vehicle number 218 on turret.
General Impression & Note

A very nice model of a very interesting and unique vehicle.  I have not seen another model of this vehicle in this or any scale.  Considering fit of the parts and complexity best suitable for intermediate model builder.  An experienced builder should make it into a fine display model.  PART’s T-55 etched brass detail set can be helpful.

A Soviet missile armed medium tank based on T-62 chassis.  Appears to be on same idea as the American missile armed M60A2 tank and about as successful.  Phased out of service by Soveit Army in late 1970’s.
