| Quality | All five frames are moulded very well, but with some flash on them. The plastic is very soft, so be careful when sanding the parts. You can easily remove more than you wanted. The Zis-6 kit is a rebox of an older kit made by AER, Toga and maybe some other companies from former USSR. The part which has to be the loading space cover is unusable, so you have to make it new or build the truck with the space uncovered. There are no clear parts in the kit, so you have to make your own windows. The frame with the howitzer parts is very well done and if you are not detailists, you're able to finish the howitzer comfortably in two evenings. |

With some patience needed you are able to make nice models of the Zis-6 and M-30
from this kit.
Zis-6 and M-30 are offered also as separated kits by PST. PST just released the M-30 with crew and maybe some ammo boxes. I suppose that this new kit review will appear on this site very soon. |
