Quality
According to data on box this kit contains 142 plastic parts, 2 photo-etched details and 22 rubber elastic details. In box there are some parts that we won’t use, because some frames are common for more kits. Quality of parts is very good, as we’ve known from former UM kits. I was able to compare this kit with older SU-100 produced by AER Moldova that I own some a few years and this new kit is much more better! The future of older AER kit is clear – burned and abandoned wreck, I guess... :-D The only mistake of UM kit are closed hatches of combat compartment.

Instruction sheet Suitable, in some places not much clear, but every modeller, even beginner, shouldn't have serious problem with it ....

Decals Kit contains decals for a lot of versions, but in the instructions there are mentioned only two of them. I think that the other decals are for post-war version of SU-100, especially for foreign users. I’ve got no information if UM would produce this version in future or if these decals are only gift for modellers :-D

General impression & Note Very nice kit of probably the best Tigers’ and Panthers’ hunter. If you’d use a set of PE parts, produced by Eduard (though for older AER kit), you’d have a chance to built a first-class kit.
