John Michael Murray from
Canary Islands has sent us some pictures of his British Commandos. John used "British Troops" and "British Commandos" 1/72 figure sets by Esci as basis. These sets are still available on desks of modelshops. John is master in figure remodelling (changes of helmets, heads, arms, legs etc ).His figures therefore can seem to be somewhat different from those you can find in sets mentioned above. I myself already used his practical advices about how to remodel figures made of soft plastic that can hardly be glued by any common glue in my model practice and I can say I didn’t make up better method so far.
