It is a little diorama with a disabled T34-76. The basic kit is old ESCI kit T34-76 (1942) re-released by Italeri but the finished tank is the result of major conversions. The tank has got a hit on its right track and is furthermore disabled just in the moment when it passed a German mortar position.

The mortar position is equipped with a standard German 81mm mortar. All three soldiers of mortar crew have early camouflage smocks. I usually try to do very careful painting job on the figures. That means that it’s very important for to get natural look of my figures especially their faces and skin.

The trees are self-made with use of some materials from Busch and Woodland Scenics.

I am very happy with the result. The diorama got a "recommended" at the IPMS Antwerp Model Show.
