This is a Jagdtiger from Esci. Well it started as one initially. As I had a Fujimi 1/76 scale Jagdtiger and Tiger II as well I and started looking at these kits as well in the planning phase. I found that the Fujimi hull had the same lenght as the Esci kit but was narrower. I also noticed that Esci used the same chassis for their Jagdtiger and Tiger II but Fujimi had different chassis for the two. I thought that I would be able to use the Fujimi chassis on my Esci Jagdtiger to get the longer wheelbase (sprocket to idler) on the JT. I decided to use the interior from the Fujimi Jagdtiger on my model. So what I used was: Hull – Esci. Chassis - Sides and floor from Fujimi, (I added 1mm strips on both sides of the hull floor to get the correct width). Rearplate from Esci. Tracks - Esci (The Fujimi tracks looks strange, perhaps I use them for my Porsche Jagdtiger). The rest was mix and match of both kits. This isn't probably a 100% correct solution but at least it gives me a Tiger II and a Jagdtiger with a clearly visible different chassis.
