This model was born as kitbash of UM BA-10 hull and UM BT-5 turret. The real BA-6 body was more square so the kit part had to be modified. All doors and hatches were re-grooved. The rivets were done with a blunted needle and thick paint. The tracks for rear wheels you can see on rear fenders are made of wire and plastic.

The model represents vehicle which fought in Madrid area in 1937. It was one of 80 BA-6s delivered to Republican Spain in 1936 - 1937.
