This model represents the most used type of German WW2 heavy field howitzer. It was howitzer type s.F.GH. 18 (schwere Felt Haubitze). The model is complete scratchbuilt of plastic sheets, machined metal parts (the barrel, the pistons atc.), wire, etched parts I made with help of my PC atc. The model is airbrushed with German tank gray according to reference photo of real howitzer used on East front in summer 1942.
