Used kit: ESCI, Pz.Kpfw 35 (t), 1/72 scale

     This model of the artillery tractor was born as the conversion of the Pz.Kpfw 35 (t) kit by ESCI. This conversion included the turret remove and scratchbuilding of the towing hook. I added in also scratchbuilt interior, engine, clutch and gearbox. The upper hull armor as well as the engine housing are made of aluminum sheet and include also the rivets. The tractor tows the 75 mm gun PAK 40 built out of Airfix kit. The gun has new aluminum gun shield as well as few other cratchbuilt details. It took me about 90 hours to complete this model.

     This model represents the vehicle served in unknown unit on East front in 1942.
