Grille Ausf. M & Munitionfahrzeug 38(t) Ausf. M in 1/72 scale

Name

Grille Ausf. M / Munitionfahrzeug 38 (t) Ausf. M (kat. # 72814 & 72821)

Producer

Attack Hobby Kits, CZ

Packing

classical Attack cover made of soft cardboard, with side opening and average boxart

Type of kit

plastic kits of German self-propelled howitzer and its ammo carrier

Quality

Both kits include some parts (suspension) known from previous Pz.38 kits and the rest parts are new. These new parts (Grille: upper part of hull with combat compartment and howitzer; Munitionsfahrzeug: upper part of hull with cargo compartment and ammo box) are fortunately much more better in quality than older ones. They are much more detailed and finer. It seems that the quality of Attack kits is getting better. There are lot of details and small parts in combat/cargo compartment too. The both kits includes small sheet with etchings. These new Attack kits got  into higher level of short-run kits I think.

Instruction sheet

classical Attack instructions, well arranged and suitable for beginners too

Decals

Both kits contain same decal sheet, tree-coloured vehicle from western front (probably 1st SSPzDiv.) and  winter cammo from 2. SkiJgrDiv, Eastern front. The decals are nice.

General impression

The Attack continues with this couple of kits to complete a Pz.Kpfw. 38(t) family. Only Flakpanzer 38 (t) and Marder III versions are missing I guess.

A nice kits of vehicles that since today was never produced in Braille scale. I can recommend them. For those of you who don't want to wait for Marder III Ausf. M it would be an easy conversion from any of these kits.
